I don’t believe it would necessarily be easy, but I do believe it would be possible to live a sinless day if you train yourself, and spend the day with the Lord without outside worldly influence while taking thoughts captive. I’m not saying it would be easy or that I could successfully do it, but is definitely something worth striving for but as you work towards it, I think you would also have spiritual attacks against you.
